Anker launches mobile gaming console and powerbank in one gadget

Anker company, known for its power banks, cables and chargers, has released an unusual gadget PowerCore Play 6K. In fact, this is a game controller for smartphones - but it has no buttons, and inside is a 6700 mAh battery and a fan for active cooling. It is compatible with any iOS and Android phones from 5.7 to 6.45 inches.

The lack of physical buttons and sticks is likely to exclude active subscribers to cloud gaming services like Stadia / xCloud from PowerCore users . However, the gadget is well suited for traditional mobile games that use the touchscreens of smartphones themselves. PowerCore Play 6K keeps your phone securely in place while playing while charging and cooling it down.

The built-in 6700mAh battery supplies the smartphone with 12 watts of power via the USB-A port or 15 watts via USB-C. It is also charged via USB-C, and a full charge takes about three hours.

The PowerCore Play 6K case is sliding and fits almost any phone size. Anker recommends removing the protective case before the game so that the fan of the gadget better cope with cooling. For added convenience, the case has a small fold-out stand that allows you to place your phone on a table - for example, to watch a video.

The PowerCore Play 6K weighs 200 grams and is compact enough to fit in your pocket. It's already on sale and costs $ 36.
