130 William skyscraper

Automotive brand Aston Martin took an active part in the design of the new pearl of New York - the 130 William skyscraper under construction. Together with an outstanding contemporary architect, Sir David Adjaye, the company's designers have developed the appearance of the tower, which should evoke nostalgia for the "Golden Age" of skyscrapers in New York. There are hand-cast details on the façade and the most modern electronics inside the apartments.

Upon completion of construction, the skyscraper will rise to a height of 244 meters and become a new urban dominant. On 66 floors, there will be 242 residences, plus a plaza park and 1800 sq. m. areas of various entertainment and service facilities. The cost of apartments in the building now starts at $ 3.6 million and goes up to $ 11.5 million for penthouses.

While David Adjaye is tasked with creating all the exterior elements of the architecture, Aston Martin's representatives focused on decorating five luxury apartments on floors 59-60. The main theme of the interior echoes the interior design of the Aston Martin DBX car, which is included as a bonus when buying an apartment. Similar materials have been used in the finishes, including walnut wood, bronze, hand-sewn leather elements and an innovative multi-layer automotive paint.
